   A-310412. Digital Services Corporation. Application of Digital Services Corporation for 1) A certificate of public convenience and necessity to offer, render, furnish or supply intrastate interlata and intralata telecommunications services as a non-switched competitive access provider within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and; 2) petition for protective order.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before June 10, 1996, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
