   A-222240 F0003.  (Transfer of assets). A-222240 F2000, (Abandonment of service) Borough of Millersville. Application of the Borough of Millersville, Lancaster County, for approval of 1) the transfer, by sale, of water assets and rights to Metropolitan Lancaster Authority and 2) the abandonment by the Borough of Millersville of all water service to the public in portions of Manor Township and Lancaster Township, Lancaster County.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before August 25, 1997, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
