   This application is for renewal of an NPDES permit to discharge treated process water and untreated noncontact cooling water and stormwater from the Brackenridge facility in Brackenridge, Allegheny County.

   The following effluent limitations are proposed for discharge to the receiving waters, Allegheny County classified as a warm water fishery with existing and/or potential uses for aquatic life, water supply and recreation.
