Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,600 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in a regional shopping center environment near the intersection of Steubenville Pike (Route 60) and Route 22/30 serving the Robinson Township area.
