DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

[27 Pa.B. 6526]

   The Department of Transportation under 71 P. S. § 513(e)(7) intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.

   A tract of unimproved land located in Towamencin Township, Montgomery County. The vacant land was formerly identified as owned by Nathan and Celia Dunn; Arthur and Elizabeth Tragone; and Robert Muir; along the north side of Rieff Road, Kulpsville, PA 19443. Said tract includes 2.88 acres more or less of parcel numbers 681, 682, and 683 on the highway plan. The Department has determined that this land is no longer needed for present and future transportation needs. Appraised value is $157,500.
