LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD

Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:


Montgomery County, Regional Offices I, 4501 Kelly Drive, Philadelphia, PA 19129; and Administrative Law Judge Office, 1080 N. Delaware Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19125.

Lease Expiration: January 31, 1999

Lease office space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with two offices. First: Approximately 10,000 to 12,500. Second: Approximately 2,500 to 5,500 net useable square feet of new or existing office space in Whitemarsh, Whitpain, Plymouth Townships or East Norriton, Montgomery County. Office space must be near ramps to I-476 and Septa public transportation. Must include adequate free parking and full office services. Both offices can be within the same building.

Proposals due: June 12, 1998 at 12 noon
