   Doc. No. A-230010 F2000.  Ag-Mar Sewer, Inc. Application of Ag-Mar Sewer, Inc., for approval of 1) the transfer of all the property and rights of Ag-Mar Sewer, Inc., to Foster Township, and 2) the abandonment and discontinuance of service to the public, in whole, by Ag-Mar Sewer, Inc.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the applicant on or before February 2, 1998, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to the public utilities).
