   A-110300F0088.  Metropolitan Edison Company. Application of Metropolitan Edison Company, under section 1102(a)(3) of the Public Utility Code, for approval of the transfer by sale to Sweet Street Desserts, Inc., of certain electric facilities located in the City of Reading, County of Berks and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before November 9, 1998, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
