The project is located on the west side of Little Britain Road South, approximately 150 feet north of Kirks Mill Road (Wakefield, PA Quadrangle N: 1.0 inch; W: 1.0 inch). Drainage will be to Reynolds Run.
PAS-10-O-076. Individual NPDES. Williams Communications, Inc., 1 Williams Center, Tulsa, OK 74172. To implement an erosion and sedimentation control plan for the construction of a 1-inch diameter fiber optic cable on 132 acres in West Sadsbury, Sadsbury, Valley, East Caln, Caln, East Brandywine, East and West Whiteland Townships and Atglen Borough in Chester County; Drumore, East Drumore, Eden, Bart, Sadsbury and Martic Townships and Christiana Borough in Lancaster County; and Peachbottom and Lower Chanceford Townships in York County. The project is 58 miles long and located within an existing Transco gas pipeline and road rights-of-way, beginning at the MD-PA border in York County, continuing through Lancaster and Chester County. It traverses in a northeast direction across Muddy Creek along SR 74 and SR 372 in York County. The cable will be attached to the SR 372 bridge to cross the Susquehanna River and along 372 and across Muddy Run to Liberty Square, then south of Coopersville and Christiana in Lancaster County. It then crosses the East Branch of Brandywine Creek at Downingtown and terminates at the Amtrack tracks near Glenloch (starting point located on Delta, MD-PA Quadrangle N: 20.7 inches; W: 16.3 inches with end point located on Malvern, PA Quadrangle N: 5.5 inches; W: 12.5 inches) in Chester County. Drainage will be to the Susquehanna River, Muddy Run, Fishing Creek, Conowingo Creek, Stewart Run, Bower Run, Meetinghouse Creek, Nickel Mines Run, Valley Run, Muddy Creek and various tributaries.
