Expiration of Leases

   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:


Monroe County, Wine and Spirits Shoppe # 4508, Route 209, Marshalls Creek, PA 18335-1378.

Lease Expiration Date:  February 29, 2000

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a licensee distribution center. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 8,500 to 9,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space in the vicinity of the intersection of U. S. Route 209 and Business U. S. Route 209.

Proposals due:  April 16, 1999 at 12 noon
