   A-310434F5000.  Intercontinental Communications Group, Inc. t/a ICLD. Application of Intercontinental Communications Group, Inc. t/a ICLD for authority to transfer control of ownership of ICLD to Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before August 23, 1999, under 25 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
