   A-212965 F2000, A-213560 F2000, A-210090 F2000 and A-210088. Barbara L. Tambur, t/a Hex Acres Water Company et al. Application of Barbara L. Tambur, t/a Hex Acres Water Company, Tambur Water Company, and Sole Shareholder of Barrett Water Company, Inc., for approval of 1) the transfer, by sale, of the assets or rights of Hex Acres Water Company, Tambur Water Company and Barrett Water Company to Willow Water Works, Inc., 2) the abandonment by Barbara L. Tambur, t/a Hex Acres Water Company, the abandonment by Tambur Water Company and the abandonment by Barrett Water Company, of all water service to the public in portions of Exeter Township, County of Luzerne, and 3) the approval for Willow Water Works, Inc., to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in a portion of Exeter Township, Luzerne County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before August 30, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant: Barbara L. Tambur, t/a Hex Acres Water Company, Tambur Water Company, Barrett Water Company, and Willow Water Works, Inc.
