   A-210013F0014 and A-230077F0003.  Lyonnaise American Holding, Inc.   Application of United Water Pennsylvania Inc. for all approvals and waivers (if any) which may be required under the Public Utility Code for Lyonnaise American Holding, Inc., an existing controlling interest to acquire the remaining shares to become sole shareholder of United Water Resources Inc., the corporate grandparent of United Water Pennsylvania Inc.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before December 20, 1999, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
