   A-121850F2023. National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation. Application for Approval of Abandonment of Service by National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation for five natural gas service customers located in Washington Township, Butler County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before April 24, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
