LEGISLATIVE REFERENCE BUREAU

   The Legislative Reference Bureau (Bureau) accepted the following documents during the preceding calendar month for filing without publication under 1 Pa. Code § 3.13(b) (relating to contents of Bulletin). The Bureau will continue to publish on a monthly basis either a summary table identifying the documents accepted during the preceding calendar month under this subsection or a statement that no such documents have been received. Executive Board

   Resolution #CB-00-042, Dated March 15, 2000. Approves the side letter with AFSCME that grants in-range salary adjustments and, in certain cases, cash payments, for employees in the Records Specialists 1 and 2, and Records Supervisor classifications. This side letter is a result of discussions with AFSCME through the Job Evaluation Committee. The approximate cost of these adjustments/cash payments for 74 employes is $150,000. This cost includes associated salary sensitive benefit costs.

   Resolution #CB-00-066, Dated March 21, 2000. Authorizes the side letter between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Social Services Union amending Article 20, Section 7 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement to allow Employment Security Program Representatives to be demoted to the proper classification and pay range at the nearest step not greater than the employee's current salary during the UC Service Center configuration.
