These crossings shall be constructed of rock, free of fines, and shall not be constructed of any erodible material. All streambank disturbance shall be kept to a minimum and stabilized with indigenous vegetation within 72 hours of final earthmoving to prevent erosion and sedimentation. The backfilling of the trench in which the pipeline will be laid and shall be done so as to eliminate the formation of a permanent ridge in the stream bed. Prior to crossing Hyner Run, the permittee shall acquire, from the Department, final design approval for the fish enhancement structures. This permit also includes 401 Water Quality Certification.

   E49-228.  Encroachment. Lee Herb, R. R. 1, Box 252B, Sunbury, PA 17801. To maintain approximately 250 cubic yards of fill in the floodway of an unnamed tributary to the Susquehanna River (Riverside, PA Quadrangle N: 3.0 inches; W: 17.1 inches) in Upper Augusta Township, Northumberland County. This permit was issued under section 105.13(e) ''Small Projects.''
