   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:


Northampton County, Wine and Spirits Shoppe # 4814, 2473 Nazareth Road, Easton, PA 18045-2743.

Lease Expiration Date: October 31, 2002

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Proposals are invited to provide the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board with approximately 10,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within 1 mile of the intersection of Route 33 and 248, Lower Nazareth or Palmer Township.
