   A-110550 F0152.  PECO Energy Company. Application of PECO Energy Company, under Chapter 11 of the Public Utility Code, for approval of a Change in Control through the Creation of an Intermediate Distribution Holding Company.

   This Application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before December 11, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
