Minimum Combined Annual Payroll of State Workers' Fund Members

   Under section 802(b)(5) of the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act (77 P. S. § 1036.2(b)(5)), the Department of Labor and Industry, Bureau of Workers' Compensation hereby gives notice that the adjusted minimum combined annual payroll of fund members, multiplied by the rate utilized by the State Workers' Insurance Fund, for group self-insurance funds applying for the privilege of self- insurance on or after January 1, 2001, is $600,000.
