   A-122250F0012.  The Peoples Natural Gas Company. Application of The Peoples Natural Gas Company for the approval of the Transfer of Property used or useful in the public service to St. Francis College.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before March 13, 2000, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant: The Peoples Natural Gas Company.
