Application of Bucks County Railroad Preservation and Restoration Corporation operated on by New Hope and Ivyland Railroad for approval of the siding track and siding crossing, adjacent to main track crossing AAR 855 408 K, where Wilson Avenue-Ivyland Road (T-334) crosses, at-grade, the tracks of Bucks County Railroad Preservation and Restoration Corporation located in Ivyland Borough, Bucks County; all in accordance with the Federal Grade Crossing Program and the allocation of costs incident thereto.
An initial hearing on this matter will be held Wednesday, May 9, 2001, at 10 a.m. in an available hearing room, Philadelphia State Office Building, Broad and Spring Garden Streets, Philadelphia, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
