   A-310692 F0004 and A-310692 F2000. NorthPoint Communications, Inc. Application of NorthPoint Communications, Inc., for Emergency Approval to Transfer NorthPoint Assets to AT&T under an Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court, and for NorthPoint Communications to abandon its certificate of public convenience as a telecommunications carrier in Pennsylvania.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before May 7, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
