   A-212715F2000. Shangri-La Water Company. Application of Shangri-La Water Company for approval of the transfer of its assets to the Chester Water Authority, and for the abandonment of water service by Shangri-La Water Company to the public in its Certificated Territory.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before June 4, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant: Shangri-La Water Company.
