   A-212285F0091.  Pennsylvania-American Water Company. Application of Pennsylvania-American Water Company for approval of: 1) the transfer, by sale, of the water works property and rights of the Stillwater Lakes Water Corporation to Pennsylvania-American Water Company; and 2) the rights of Pennsylvania-American Water Company to begin to offer or furnish water service to the public in additional portions of Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before October 9, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant:  Pennsylvania-American Water Company.
