PENNSYLVANIA PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION

Delegation of Routine, Ministerial and Nonpolicymaking Public Meeting Agenda Items; Doc No. M-00011444

   At its January 11, 2001 public meeting, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission delegated the following routine, ministerial and nonpolicymaking public meeting agenda item to the Commission's Bureau of Audits:

   1)  Authority for the Audits Bureau to issue a Secretarial Letter to utilities having undergone an Original Cost Study to adjust plant records and/or take other necessary steps resulting from the study.

   Staff actions are subject to appeal to the Commission by filing a petition within 10 days of service of notice of the action, 52 Pa. Code § 5.44. Final orders are subject to petitions for reconsideration and subsequent appeal to the Commonwealth Court.
