   And Now, this 5th day of February, 2001, it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that effective today the Honorable James M. DeLeon is designated Supervising Judge of Philadelphia Municipal Court Criminal Division and the Honorable Barbara S. Gilbert is designated Supervising Judge of Philadelphia Municipal Court Civil Division. Supervising Judges will continue to report to the Administrative Judge of Philadelphia Municipal Court.
