   A-210093, A-210093 F0002, and A-210350 F2000. Westgate Water Company and Utilities, Inc.--Westgate, and Utilities, Inc. Joint application of Westgate Water Company and Utilities, Inc.-Westgate, and Utilities, Inc., for Commission approval of: 1) the transfer by sale of the waterworks property and rights of Westgate Water Company to Utilities, Inc.-Westgate; 2) the right of Utilities, Inc.-Westgate to begin to offer, furnish or supply water service to the public in portions of Hanover Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, and 3) the right of Westgate Water Company to abandon all water service to the public.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before March 19, 2001, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).

   Applicant:  Utilities, Inc.-Westgate and Westgate Water Company.
