   A-121175F2000 and A-125114. Greenridge Oil, Inc. of Pennsylvania and Mountain Energy, LTD. Application of Greenridge Oil, Inc. of Pennsylvania for approval under 66 Pa.C.S. (relating to public utility code) of: 1) the transfer by sale, leases or other device of certain assets of Greenridge Oil, Inc. to Mountain Energy, LTD; 2) the right of Mountain Energy, LTD to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply gas service to the public; and 3) the abandonment by Greenridge Oil, Inc. of all services to the public in portions of Greene County, PA.

   This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant on or before July 29, 2002, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
