   95-001:  Trigen--Philadelphia Energy Corp., Edison Station (908 Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107) on December 18, 2001, for the operation of a steam generating facility in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. The facility's air emission sources include two 283 mmBtu/hr boilers, two 335 mmBtu/hr boilers and a 300 kW emergency diesel generator. Each boiler has a cyclone separator as a control device.

   95-037:  Rohm and Haas Co. (5000 Richmond Street, Philadelphia, PA 19137) on December 21, 2001, for operation of a chemical manufacturing facility in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. The facility's air emissions sources include two 48.4 mmBtu/hr boilers, one emergency river pump, ion exchange resin processes, a UB process, a GOAL process, an ambersorb process, wastewater treatment and groundwater remediation and storage tanks. Control devices include scrubbers, cyclone collectors and dust collectors.

   95-004:  Exelon Generating Co.--Delaware Generating Station (1325 North Beach Street, Philadelphia, PA 19125) on December 28, 2001, for operation of an electricity generating facility in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County.    To construct and maintain a low flow crossing consisting of a 1.0 foot depressed 36-inch corrugated metal pipe culvert and a 24-inch corrugated metal pipe culvert in Throckmorton Run (HQ-WWF) for the purpose of providing access between parking lots and ball fields located along S.R. 0018/S.R. 0021 approximately 170 feet upstream of the confluence of Throckmorton Run and South Fork Tenmile Creek. Impacts to less than 0.05 acre of wetlands will be compensated with a $500.00 contribution to the Pennsylvania Wetland Replacement Project ID Number 95-096. Also to place and maintain 6 inches of concrete encasement on the existing abutments. The proposed bridge has a clear span of 24.1 feet and an underclearance of 10.1 feet. The structure is located approximately 600 feet north of S.R. 3039 (Elderton, PA Quadrangle N:  4.21 inches; W:  4.49 inches).

   To place fill within the 100-year floodplain of East Branch Tunungwant Creek and 2.03 acres of wetland for construction of roadway embankment and appurtenant structures on S.R. 0219, Section C08, Bradford Bypass Extension extending south from Owens Way a total distance of approximately 3,000 feet along the west side of East Branch Tunungwant Creek. Project includes creation of 4.2 acres of replacement wetland.

   To conduct the following activities associated with restoration of approximately 125 feet of the channel of a tributary to Stillwater Creek (CWF) and stabilization of the area adjacent to an existing dairy barn east of S.R. 69 approximately 0.6 mile south of S.R. 957:

   1.  Realign approximately 125 feet of the channel beginning at the downstream face of the S.R. 69 bridge and extending downstream.

   2.  Establish an elevated floodplain area to the left side of the channel and stream fencing to eliminate the use of the channel by livestock beginning at the downstream face of S.R. 69 bridge extending downstream to approximately 10 feet upstream of the barn, a distance of approximately 50 feet.

   Construct and maintain a concrete pad with curb along the left side of the stream beginning just upstream of the existing dairy barn and extending downstream to a filter area northeast of the barn, a total distance of approximately 400 feet.
