Order

   And Now, this 1st day of October, 2003, Fayette County Rule of Judicial Administration 1901, Prompt Disposition of Matters: Termination of Inactive Cases, is rescinded.

   Note: This rule is no longer necessary due to the amendment of Pa.R.J.A. 1901 and the promulgation of Pa.R.C.P. 230.2.

   In accordance with Pa.R.J.A. 103, the Prothonotary shall forward ten copies of this order to the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts and said order shall be effective immediately upon filing with the Administrative Office.
