   Southeast Region: Water Management Program Manager, Lee Park, Suite 6010, 555 North Lane, Conshohocken, PA 19428.

   E09-846.  USS Real Estate, Fairless Works, One Ben Fairless Drive, Morrisville, PA 19067-3614, Falls Township, Bucks County, ACOE Philadelphia District.

   To place fill in 0.08 acre of wetland (PEM) for the purpose of expanding the existing National Can Building and to construct and maintain 320 linear feet of 8-inch DIP sanitary sewer line across wetlands. The site is located approximately 2,400 feet north of the intersection of Borden Town Road and New Ford Mill Road (Trenton West NJ-PA N:  6.3 inches, W:  2.5 inches).

   E15-688.  Phoenixville Area Economic Development Corporation, 171 East Bridge Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460, Phoenixville Borough, Chester County, ACOE Philadelphia District.

   To rehabilitate and maintain an existing 15.5-foot wide truss Railway Bridge consisting of a 102-foot span across French Creek (TSF-MF) and to convert it into a pedestrian bridge. The project site is located approximately 400 feet east of the Phoenixville Route 113/Gay Street Bridge (Phoenixville, PA Quadrangle N:  1.90 inches; W:  2.50 inches).

   E46-917.  Lower Merion Township, Board of Commissioners, 75 East Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore, PA 19003, Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, ACOE Philadelphia District.

   To replace and maintain the River Road Bridge across approximately 50 feet of Mill Creek (TSF) and to perform associated roadway improvements. The existing structure is a concrete bridge consisting of twin 12-meter (39.37-foot) spans with a skew of 81 degrees. The proposed structure is a prestressed concrete spread box beam bridge with a single clear span of approximately 25.31 meters (83.04 feet) and an underclearance of approximately 1.24 meters (4.07 feet). Work will also include three stormwater outfalls and a temporary road crossing to facilitate construction of the permanent bridge, which shall be done in accordance with the conditions of General Permit No. 5 and No. 8, respectively. The crossing is located along Mill Creek at River Road approximately 150 feet downstream from the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) Crossing (Norristown, PA Quadrangle N:  8.2 inches, W:  0. 9 inch).

   E51-176.  City of Philadelphia, Capital Programs Office, 1515 Arch Street, 11th Floor, One Parkway Building, Philadelphia, PA, City and County of Philadelphia, ACOE Philadelphia District.

   To amend permit no. E51-176 to include the following additional activities along an approximately 5,500 linear-foot section of the Manayunk Canal (WWF) situated within the 100-year floodplain of the Schuylkill River and associated with Phase III of the Manayunk Canal Restoration Project:

   1.  To remove approximately 5,500 linear feet of deteriorated timber, stone and steel sheet piling retaining wall along the northern and southern banks of the canal and to construct and maintain, in its place, new steel soldier pile and timber lagging retaining wall.

   2.  To repair, reconstruct and maintain a section of an existing timber boardwalk located between Leverington Street and Fountain Street.

   3.  To repair, reconstruct and maintain the existing stormwater outfall structures and associated retaining walls at Leverington Street.

   4.  To dredge and maintain approximately 7,000 cubic yards of accumulated sediment from various sections of the canal located in the vicinity of Fountain Street and Leverington Street.

   5.  To install and maintain towpath amenities including landscaping, lighting, benches and trash receptacles from Lock Street to Fountain Street.

   6.  To install and maintain water flow improvements including the installation of piping and valves at the Sluice House No. 68.

   This portion of the project also includes the installation and maintenance of temporary cofferdam structures. The site is located adjacent to the Schuylkill River starting at Lock Street (Germantown, PA USGS Quadrangle N:  4.5 inches; W:  13.8 inches) and terminates west of Parker Avenue (Germantown, PA USGS Quadrangle N:  5.7 inches; W:  15.3 inches).

   The activities authorized under the original permit, issued on August 3, 1999, shall be operated and maintained in accordance with that permit. The conditions specified in the original permit remain in effect and are to be complied with as part of this amendment.

   E15-689.  Raymour and Flanigan Furniture, 7248 Morgan Road, Liverpool, NY 13088, West Whiteland Township, Chester County, ACOE Philadelphia District.

   To place and maintain fill within 0.11 acre of wetland (PEM) and along 290 linear feet of an unnamed tributary to West Valley Creek (CWF-MF) to facilitate the construction of an access road, parking area and associated stormwater facilities for a proposed Raymour and Flanigan Furniture store. This site is located on the southeast corner of Route 100 and Route 30 (Downingtown, PA Quadrangle N:  5.0 inches; W:  0. 2 inch). The permittee is required to provide a minimum of 0.2 acre of replacement wetlands. This permit will replace permit E15-586 which had previously been issued for this site to RCT Associates on December 15, 1998.

   Northeast Region: Water Management Program Manager, 2 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711-0790.

   E40-610.  Four Seasons Golf Club, LLC c/o Gotham Golf Partners, 575 East Chocolate Avenue, Hershey, PA 17033. Exeter Borough, Luzerne County, Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District.

   To construct and maintain three single-span golf cart bridges across Hicks Creek, for the purpose of replacing structures removed for the construction of the Exeter Borough Flood Protection Project (DGS 182-5). Two of the bridges will have a span of 48 feet and one will have a span of 52 feet. Each bridge will have an underclearance of 8 feet. The project is located at the Four Seasons Golf Club, upstream of Sturmer Street (Pittston, PA Quadrangle N:  13.8 inches; W:  11.0 inches).

   Southcentral Region: Water Management Program Manager, 909 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

   E07-362.  PSU--Altoona Campus, 3000 Ivyside Park, Altoona, PA 16601 in Logan Township, Blair County, ACOE Baltimore District.

   To construct and maintain a 69 lot parking area in 0.04 acre of emergent wetlands outside of the floodplain of Spring Run (WWF) on the PSU--Altoona Campus (Altoona, PA Quadrangle N:  7.38 inches; W:  5.38 inches) in Logan Township, Blair County. The amount of wetland impact is considered a de minimis impact of 0.04 acre and wetland mitigation is not required.

   E07-363.  Allegheny Township, 3131 Old Sixth Avenue Road North, Duncansville, PA 16635 in Allegheny Township, Blair County, ACOE Baltimore District.

   To remove the existing bridge and to construct and maintain a single span concrete bridge having a normal span of 35 feet with an underclearance of three feet on T-406 (Willowbrooke Road) across Gillans Run (CWF), provide 340 feet long revetment along the banks and to fill in 0.007 acre of de minimis wetlands (Hollidaysburg, PA Quadrangle N:  10.4 inches; W:  10.3 inches) in Allegheny Township, Blair County. The amount of wetland impact is considered a de minimis impact of 0.007 acre and wetland mitigation is not required.

   E21-336.  Shippensburg Township, 81 Walnut Bottom Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257 in Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, ACOE Baltimore District.

   To maintain a previously constructed salt storage shed in the floodway of Burd Run (CWF) located on the north side of Walnut Bottom Road about 800 feet west of its intersection with Cleaversburg Road (L.R.) 21020 (Walnut Bottom, PA Quadrangle N:  10.7 inches; W:  17.4 inches) in Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County.

   Southwest Region: Water Management Program Manager, 400 Waterfront Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-4745.

   E02-1402.  McKnight Development Corporation, 249 North Craig Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15213. Ross Township, Allegheny County, ACOE Pittsburgh District.

   To abandon the existing 72-inch diameter culvert and to construct and maintain a new 72-inch diameter culvert 380 feet in length in the channel of McKnight Run (WWF), for the purpose of replacing an existing deteriorated culvert under the Bed, Bath & Beyond retail store and parking lot. The project is located on the west side of McKnight Road at the intersection of McKnight Road and McKnight Circle (Emsworth, PA Quadrangle N:  70 inches; W:  2.0 inches).

   E02-1406.  Joyce Schmiedlin, P. O. Box 555, Gibsonia, PA 15044. Richland Township, Allegheny County, ACOE Pittsburgh District.

   To construct and maintain a 40 foot by 40 foot commercial building and to maintain existing fill located within the left bank side floodway of Willow Run (CWF). The project is located in the Northwest corner of the intersection of SR 910 and Grubbs Road (Valencia, PA Quadrangle N:  0.9 inch; W:  13.2 inches).

   E25-652,  James Shaffer, 9771 Old Route 99, McKean, PA, 16426. Lamson Run Bridge, in McKean Township, Erie County, ACOE Pittsburgh District (Edinboro North, PA Quadrangle N:  17.0 inches; W:  2.3 inches).

   To fill a de minimis area of PEM wetlands (0.048 acre) and to construct and maintain a single span steel stringer bridge having a clear span of 40 feet and an underclearance of 7.0 feet across Lamson Run adjacent to the west side of Old Edinboro Road, approximately 200 feet north of the intersection of Old Edinboro Road and Golden Road in support of the construction of a private access driveway and single family residence.

   E25-655,  Westminster Place Partnership, 2601 West 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506. Westminster Opportunity Park, in Fairview Township, Erie County, ACOE Pittsburgh District (Swanville, PA Quadrangle N:  1.0 inch; W:  16.0 inches).

   To fill a total of 0.71 acre of nonexceptional value wetlands and 0.06 acre of exceptional value wetlands for commercial/industrial lots associated with the Westminster Opportunity Industrial Park Development adjacent to and northwest of the intersection of I-90 and SR 98. The project includes the creation of 0.88 acre of onsite replacement wetlands.

   E25-659,  Department of Transportation, District 1-0, 255 Elm Street, Oil City, PA 16301. SR 4034, Section A60 Erie East Side Access Across Garrison Run, in City of Erie, Erie County, ACOE Pittsburgh District (Erie North, PA Quadrangle N:  0.22 inch; W:  7.5 inches).

   To replace approximately 50 feet of the existing 90-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe stream enclosure carrying Garrison Run associated with relocation of the Norfolk Southern Railway Company rail line and construction of SR 4034, Section A60 Erie East Side Access Highway immediately south of Buffalo Road.

   E62-386,  Department of Transportation, District 1-0, 255 Elm Street, P. O. Box 398, Oil City, PA 16301-1412. SR 3010, Section BOO, Segment 0120, Offset 1390 Across Brokenstraw Creek, in Spring Creek Township, Warren County, ACOE Pittsburgh District (Columbus, PA Quadrangle N:  0.1 inch; W:  3.7 inches).

   To remove the existing structure and to construct and maintain a P/S spread concrete box beam bridge having a clear span of 102.5 feet and an underclearance of 12.2 feet on a 90 degree skew across Brokenstraw Creek on SR 3010, Section BOO, Segment 0120, Offset 1390 approximately 600 feet SW of the intersection of SR 3010 and SR 426.
