   The Liquor Control Board seeks the following new site:


Lancaster County, Wine & Spirits Store #3613.

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,500 to 7,500 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space located within close proximity of the intersection of Routes 272 and 372 in southern Lancaster County.
