FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION

Time Restriction on the Oakland, Great Bend and Hallstead Access Areas; Susquehanna River, Susquehanna County

   The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under 58 Pa. Code § 53.4(a) (relating to limiting access to Commission property and other restrictions), has closed the Oakland, Great Bend and Hallstead Access Areas on the Susquehanna River, Susquehanna County, to the public during the hours of 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. This restriction is effective when posted at the site. It is unlawful for any person to enter or remain upon Commission property during the times it is closed to public use without the express written consent of the Executive Director or a designee.
