Manufacturer Fee Schedule

   The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (Board), under 4 Pa.C.S. § 1208 (relating to collection of fees and fines), has developed the following fee and deposit schedule for the licensing and permitting of manufacturers, their key employees, key employee qualifiers and gaming employees. The Board also sets forth the fee and deposit for the filing of an application for a key employee or key employee qualifier waiver in 4 Pa.C.S. § 1311 (relating to slot machine license application business entity requirements).
