DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Application for Lease of Right-of-Way

   The Department of Transportation (Department), under the authority contained in section 2002(c) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 512(c)) and 67 Pa. Code § 495.4 (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by Café Michelangelo, Inc., 11901 Bustleton Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19115 seeking to lease highway right-of-way located at Woodhaven Road, City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, 15,000 sq. ft. + adjacent to SR 1029 Section A04 for the purpose of parking.

   Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Andrew Warren, P. E., District Executive, Engineering District 6-0, Department of Transportation, 7000 Geerdes Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA 19406-1525, Attention: Amin Jackson, R/W.
