   The following Liquor Control Board leases will expire:


Berks County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe No.  0606, 798 South 4th Street, Hamburg, PA 19526.

Lease Expiration Date:  November 30, 2005

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,800 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space within the vicinity of Hamburg Borough.
