Petition for Arbitration of an Amendment to Interconnection Agreements with Competitive Local Exchange Carriers and Commercial Mobile Radio Service Providers

   P-00042092. Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. and Verizon North Inc. Petition of Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. and Verizon North Inc. for arbitration of an amendment to interconnection agreements with competitive local exchange carriers and commercial mobile radio service providers in this Commonwealth under section 252 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and the Triennial Review Order.

   Individuals, or entities that they represent, may have standing to be a party to this arbitration. The legal rights of entities having an interconnection agreement with Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. or Verizon North Inc. will be affected by the outcome of this proceeding. If individuals, or an entities that they represent, wish to be a party to this case before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, they must advise the assigned Administrative Law Judge, in writing, of their request for party status and the basis for believing they qualify for party status within 10 days of the date of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Include the certificate of public convenience number (''A'' number), the docket number for the approval of an interconnection agreement with Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. or Verizon North Inc. and the date the interconnection agreement was approved.
