[36 Pa.B. 1193] The Independent Regulatory Review Commission (Commission) received the following regulations. They are scheduled to be considered on the date noted. The Commission's public meetings are held at 333 Market St., 14th Floor, Harrisburg at 10:30 a.m. Note that the time and date of the meeting is tentative and interested parties are encouraged to contact the Commission at (717) 783-5417 or visit its website at www.irrc.state.pa.us to confirm that information. To obtain a copy of a regulation, interested parties should first contact the promulgating agency. If a copy cannot be obtained from the promulgating agency, the Commission will provide a copy.
