   The following Liquor Control Board lease will expire:


Delaware County, Wine & Spirits Shoppe #1518, 1502 W. Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382.

Lease Expiration Date: 90-day since 5/31/07

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 3,200 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space along Route 3, West Chester Pike within a 1/2-mile radius from the intersection of Routes 3 and 352 in Chester County.

Proposals due: December 1, 2006, at 12 p.m.
