Administrative Order

Order

   And Now, this 23rd day of August, 2005, it is hereby Ordered, that the Local Rules of the Orphans' Court Cambria County are hereby amended to remove the requirements that pleadings an accounts be filed in duplicate. The Rules are specifically amended as follows:

Rule 3.7CC (C) is amended to state:
One (1) copy of any such document shall be filed with the Register of Wills or Clerk of the Orphans' Court. When the Order has been signed by the Orphans' Court Judge, the Court Administrator will return the Order to the Office of the Register of Wills or Clerk of the Orphans' Court for filing and for mailing to the appropriate persons. The original pleadings shall be signed.
Rule 6.1CC(G) is amended to state:
One original executed account and statement of proposed distribution shall be filed.

   The Clerk of the Cambria County Orphans' Court is hereby authorized to amend and restate the Local Cambria County Orphans' Court Rules consistent with the amendments ordered. This Order shall be effective immediately.
