Sale of Land No Longer Required for Transportation

   The Department of Transportation (Department) under section 2003(e)(7) of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513(e)(7)), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department. The following is a list of the properties available for sale by the Department in the City of Chester, in Delaware County. The parcels contain a total of 17,957.58 square feet of unimproved ground, situated on North Side of 4th and East of Upland Streets.

   Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of this notice to Dave Scott, District Administrator, Department of Transportation, 7000 Geerdes Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA 19406-1525.
