Pennsylvania Screamin' 7's Instant Lottery Game

   Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314) and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:

   1.  Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Screamin' 7's.

   2.  Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Screamin' 7's instant lottery game ticket is $2.

   3.  Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania Screamin' 7's instant lottery game ticket will contain one ''PLAY AREA'' and a separate ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area containing one prize play symbol or play symbol. The play symbols and their captions located in the ''PLAY AREA'' are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 18 (EGHTN), 19 (NINTN) and 20 (TWENT). The prize play and play symbols and their captions located in the ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area are: $2.00 (TWO DOL), $4.00 (FOR DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $7.00 (SVN DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20$ (TWENTY), $40$ (FORTY), $50$ (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $500 (FIV HUN), NO BONUS (TRY AGAIN) and TRY AGAIN (NO BONUS).

   4.  Prize Symbols: The prize symbols and their captions, located in the nine ''prize'' areas are: $1.00 (ONE DOL), $2.00 (TWO DOL), $4.00 (FOR DOL), $5.00 (FIV DOL), $7.00 (SVN DOL), $10.00 (TEN DOL), $20$ (TWENTY), $40$ (FORTY), $50$ (FIFTY), $100 (ONE HUN), $500 (FIV HUN), $1,000 (ONE THO) and $27,000 (TWYSVNTHO).

   5.  Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are: $1, $2, $4, $5, $7, $10, $20, $40, $50, $100, $500, $1,000 and $27,000. The prizes that can be won in ''Fast Cash Bonus'' are: $2, $4, $5, $7, $10, $20, $40, $50, $100 and $500. The player can win up to 10 times on the ticket.

   6.  Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 5,880,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Screamin' 7's instant lottery game.

   7.  Determination of Prize Winners:

   (a)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $27,000 (TWYSVNTHO) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $27,000.

   (b)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $1,000 (ONE THO) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1,000.

   (c)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

   (d)  Holders of tickets with a prize play symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appearing in the ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.

   (e)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

   (f)  Holders of tickets with a prize play symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appearing in the ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.

   (g)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $50$ (FIFTY) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

   (h)  Holders of tickets with a prize play symbol of $50$ (FIFTY) appearing in the ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $50.

   (i)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $40$ (FORTY) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

   (j)  Holders of tickets with a prize play symbol of $40$ (FORTY) appearing in the ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $40.

   (k)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $20$ (TWENTY) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

   (l)  Holders of tickets with a prize play symbol of $20$ (TWENTY) appearing in the ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.

   (m)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (n)  Holders of tickets with a prize play symbol of $10.00 (TEN DOL) appearing in the ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.

   (o)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $7.00 (SVN DOL) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $7.

   (p)  Holders of tickets with a prize play symbol of $7.00 (SVN DOL) appearing in the ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $7.

   (q)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (r)  Holders of tickets with a prize play symbol of $5.00 (FIV DOL) appearing in the ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.

   (s)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $4.00 (FOR DOL) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4.

   (t)  Holders of tickets with a prize play symbol of $4.00 (FOR DOL) appearing in the ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4.

   (u)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

   (v)  Holders of tickets with a prize play symbol of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appearing in the ''Fast Cash Bonus'' area, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.

   (w)  Holders of tickets with a 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, and a prize symbol of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appears under that 7 (SEVEN) play symbol, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1.

   8.  Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes and approximate odds of winning:

FAST CASH BONUS = Reveal prize amount from $2 to $500 and win that prize automatically.

Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

   9.  Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Screamin' 7's instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentive).

   10.  Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Screamin' 7's, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Screamin' 7's instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Screamin' 7's instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.

   11.  Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314), 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.

   12.  Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Screamin' 7's or through normal communications methods.
