Lease Expiration Date: October 31, 2010

Lease retail commercial space to the Commonwealth. Proposals are invited to provide the Liquor Control Board with approximately 14,000 net useable square feet of new or existing retail commercial space. Location must be within a 1 mile radius of the Doylestown Shopping Center, Doylestown, Bucks County, PA.
