Order Amending Bucks County Administrative Order No. 43; Regarding Transfer of Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Summary Traffic Citations; Criminal Division; No. MD-2654-2008

Order of Court

   And Now, this 21st day of November, 2008, Bucks County Administrative Order No. 43, is hereby amended to read as follows:

And Now, to wit, this 25th day of May, 2001, in accordance with Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule 130 (A-6), it is hereby ordered and directed that all Pennsylvania State Police criminal summary traffic citations originating in the venue of Magisterial District 07-1-01/Bensalem shall be filed and heard in Magisterial District 07-1-04/Levittown. It is further ordered and directed that all Pennsylvania State Police criminal summary traffic citations originating in the venue of 07-1-12/Bensalem shall be filed and heard in Magisterial District 07-1-02/Bristol.

   The effective date for this amended order shall be January 1, 2009.

   This transfer of proceedings is ordered to better serve the administration of justice in Bucks County, and in particular, the named magisterial districts.
