   OSM 17(0109)101.1, Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project, Lake Street, Bradford Township, Clearfield County. The principal items of work and approximate quantities include mobilization and demobilization, clearing and grubbing, demolition, removal and disposal of mine facilities, diversion and care of water, 135 cubic yards of channel excavation, 105 square yards of rock lining with filter fabric, 835 cubic yards of trench excavation, 290 linear feet of pipe culvert smooth-interior corrugated polyethylene, one each of concrete collar and seeding. This project issues on August 7, 2009, and bids will be opened on September 3, 2009, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, The Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, and is subject to that Law, and to the Federal Grant for this project.
