   On December 30, 2008, the State Board of Pharmacy suspended the license of Michael Lee Harenza, license no. RP-441391, of Devon, Chester County, until he submits to a mental and physical examination to determine if he is able to practice the profession of pharmacy with reasonable skill and safety.

   Individuals may obtain a copy of the memorandum order by writing to Carole L. Clarke, Board Counsel, State Board of Pharmacy, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.
