Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that the following facilities have requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 123.25 (relating to regulations for control of anesthetic explosion hazards):
Alle-Kiski Medical Center
Hahnemann University Hospital
Lancaster General Hospital
LifeCare Hospitals of Pittsburgh
Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Inc.
The Western Pennsylvania Hospital-Forbes Regional
These requests are on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from the Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, (717) 783-8980, fax (717) 772-2163, firstname.lastname@example.org.
These facilities are requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
