Delanco Healthcare—Belmont and Parkside, LP has applied for a Certificate of Authority to operate a Continuing Care Retirement Community at Centennial Village in Philadelphia, PA. The initial filing was received on February 26, 2010, and was made under the requirements set forth under the Continuing Care Provider Registration and Disclosure Act of June 18, 1984 (40 P. S. §§ 3201—3325).
