PENNSYLVANIA GAMING CONTROL BOARD

Application Date for Category 3 Slot Machine License Applications

 The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (Board), in accordance with 58 Pa. Code § 441a.2, hereby establishes August 2, 2010, as the date by which all Category 3 slot machine license applications which were filed by April 7, 2010, must be complete. An application that is not complete by August 2, 2010, will not be considered.

 After August 2, 2010, applicants will not be allowed to supplement their application without prior Board approval. Thus, except as noted herein, the Board will evaluate the eligibility and suitability of each applicant only on the basis of the information contained within their respective application as of August 2, 2010.

 The Board and the Bureau of Investigations and Enforcement will continue to have the authority to request information from an applicant at any time prior to licensure. When received, such information will be incorporated into the appropriate application, even if the information was requested subsequent to August 2, 2010.
