On October 5, 2010, Alfreda B. Bradford, license nos. AB060443L, RM060443A, RM420081 and RS130207A, of Glenside, Montgomery County, had her licenses revoked based on her acting as a real estate broker in violation of a previous State Real Estate Commission (Commission) order, for violating escrow requirements, making substantial misrepresentations in the practice of real estate sales and in a real estate transaction, and for conduct in a real estate transaction which demonstrates bad faith, dishonesty, untrustworthiness or incompetency.

This final order represents the Commission's final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Commission with a copy of their petition for review. The Commission contact for receiving service of the appeals is the previously-named Board counsel.
